HC Recruitment search for one of its clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg a : HR Assistant (M/W)
- Holder of a minimum of 2 years of higher education in assistantship or an equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in the business.
- Mastery of office automation tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Human Resources: 2 years (desired)
- BTS (Wished)
- Manage and follow up on staff visits
- Organize mandatory training sessions for temporary workers
- Review and verify time sheets for current temps
- Retrieve safety data sheets and new customers
- Manage various administrative tasks.
- English (Desired)
- You must have a good level in french
