HC Recruitment is searching for one of its clients in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg a : Sales Assistant (W/M)

Profile :

• You (F/W) have a high sense of customer service and are concerned about the quality of service provided
• You have an excellent work organization
• You are a team player with a spirit of teamwork and mutual support, and you are also able to work independently
• You are rigorous, particularly with regard to regulatory requirements
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a support function
• You have a good command of office tools (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint) and knowledge of Avaloq is considered an asset.

Mission :

• Monitoring the life of the accounts and updating documentation and signage
• Supporting day-to-day transaction instructions on customer accounts, including entering credit records into systems and tracking orderbooks
• Provide support to advisors, the head of department and clients.

Languages :

• You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English
• Any other additional languages are assets for you.
