- Be in possession of the authorisation to work as a carer's assistant in Luxembourg or be in possession of a Aide Socio Familial diploma recognised in Luxembourg
- Fluency in Luxembourgish and French is compulsory
- Psychiatric experience preferred
- Be in possession of a valid B Permit
